I Love my body





I Love myself. I Love being healthy, fit and beautiful...








And this is one of the healthy diet, that can make me become more Love-ly


13 Days Diet

The 13 day diet was designed in the Mayo clinic in the United States

If you keep the rules, you can loose 7 or 8 kilos in only thirteen days. You can eat normally from the 14th day.

Because your metabolism is supposed to be changed, you can eat everything (bread, sugar, cakes…) after the thirteenth day.

It is even said that you will not gain weight for two or three years.

Steak fried with Danish Butter (unsalted).

Vegetables 1 bundle only, don't boiled it too long (without salt).

Eat lettuce uncooked.

The last hour for dinner is 6 pm.

It is recommended to drink mineral water every hour

You have to drink two litres of water each day and keep the following schedule:

The scheme of the 13 days diet:


1st Day and 8th Day:

Morning: 1 cup of tea/coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Afternoon: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 bundle of spinach and 1 tomato.
Evening: 150 gram fried steak and lettuce given with lemon.


2nd Day and 9th Day:

Morning: 1 cup of tea/coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Afternoon: 150 gram fried steak with lettuce and fresh fruit (orange).

Evening: 250 gram steamed chicken and 1 glass of yoghurt without sugar.


3rd Day and 10th Day:

Morning: 1 cup of tea/coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 slice of toast.

Afternoon: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 tomato, 1 fresh fruit (orange) and 1 bundle of spinach.
Evening: 250 gram steamed chicken and lettuce given with lemon.


4th Day and 11th Day:

Morning: 1 cup of tea/coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 slice of toast.

Afternoon: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 carrot (boiled for a little while) and 1 piece of triangle cheese.
Evening: 1 bowl full of papaya given with lemon and 1 glass of yoghurt without sugar.


5th Day and 12th Day:

Morning: 1 grated big carrot (uncooked) given with lemon.

Afternoon: 250 gram steamed chicken with a little bit butter sauce (not salty).
Evening: 150 gram fried steak, lettuce and 1 bundle of spinach.


6th Day and 13th Day:

Morning: 1 cup of tea/coffee without sugar and 1 slice of toast.

Afternoon: 250 gram steamed chicken with lettuce.
Evening: 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 grated big carrot.


7th Day:

Morning: 1 cup of tea/coffee without sugar.

Afternoon: 150 gram fried steak and fresh fruit.
Evening: Nothing (not allowed to eat)
